1. You pay the babysitter directly on the day, before they leave, via cash or bank transfer. Find the rates here on our website. There are different rates, depending on the number of children or the day (Sundays & public holidays have special rates).

2. Once your booking fee is paid, we'll begin matching you with your babysitter. If you've already paid the booking fee - thank you, we'll be in touch soon! This fee is not refundable and is linked to this booking only. If you want to make regular bookings, you can purchase a pack of 10 bookings at a discounted rate.

3. Your babysitter will contact you by 5pm the day before your booking to introduce themselves & confirm the details. If you don't hear from them, feel free to reach out to us here in the office.

4. If you cancel your booking within 3 hours of the start time, your card will be charged a cancellation fee of the 3 hour minimum booking.
