So, How Does
This Work?

1. Complete Booking Form

Let us know what you need, and we’ll take care of the rest. The form gives us everything we need to find your perfect match. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.

2. Get Matched

We'll send you a carefully selected babysitter profile via email, where you will see their photo & their bio. If you’re happy to proceed, click the ‘confirm’ link toward the end of the email.

3. Phone Check-in

By 5:30 PM the day before your booking, your sitter will call to introduce themselves, confirm the details, and answer any questions you both may have.

4. Meet Your Sitter

Feel confident handing over to a friendly, trained, professional babysitter, knowing your kids are in the safest hands possible.

We will be right by your side throughout this whole process if you have any questions, need further guidance, or assistance. We are always available via email or phone.

We aim to make this process seamless and as simple as possible for busy families in Bendigo. Sometimes we find ourselves without a village to lean on, but we’re here to help you create it!
