What You’ll Need to Apply
To join our team, we strictly request the following requirements to be provided to us:
Current Working With Children Check provided
Current Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (National Police Check) provided.
If you don’t have this, it’s around $55 & some reputable places to apply for it are the following
(click the links below to apply):Current Childcare First Aid certificate provided (HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting)
CPR certificate provided (or included above)
Genuine love for children and a commitment to delivering exceptional care every time
2+ years of demonstrated experience with children (or be a parent yourself!). Experience could include past babysitting, childcare, disability support, education, healthcare, sports coaching, or parenting
2 or more employment references must be provided, ideally from childcare-related positions
Clear communication in English
Legal work rights in Australia for 12+ months

2. We’ll check your details, decide if you’re the right fit for our team & then contact you for an interview
3. If you’re successful, we’ll guide you through our training & onboarding process
